Hi all,

As you will all be aware, it is the welcome meeting for Martin and Joy on Saturday, and for this the men will be responsible for the setting out of tables, providing and serving drinks and clearing up afterwards.

I’ve already got a few key volunteers for the main tasks, but more volunteers would be good and also I need some people to bring soft drinks.

Please can you let me know if you can bring some soft drinks and/or volunteer to help with the various things needed.
